Grown at high altitude in the traditional garden systems of Gedeo Zone, this single origin coffee is grown by smallholder farmers working small plots shaded by a canopy of native trees. Our sourcing partner works directly with washing stations across Ethiopia to support these farmers and their work; this coffee has become one of their flagships for its consistent quality and refinement.
Over the years, we've honed in on a tried-and-true medium-coarse grind setting that works well for a range of home-brewing methods, including pour overs, coffee machines and french press.
